Families and friends gathered together
for an early evening hooping event. It was filled with fun and
laughter, as adults and children tried out this new and fantastic
fitness craze.

This years event features a variety of keynote speakers,
informational booths and seminars that address topics in the areas
of medicine, wellness, alternative therapies and nutrition.
